Richha Gupta is a dynamic social reformer, educationist, and serial entrepreneur whose work spans across multiple sectors including education, real estate, beauty, technology, and global trade. She is the visionary founder behind Richa Skillworks, the Mohavan Foundation, and the premium skincare brand Moh — all built on a foundation of empowerment, sustainability, and social impact.
Her journey began in 2015 with the Government of India’s Skill India initiative, where she played a pivotal role as a project coordinator. Through her leadership, she successfully trained and enabled employment for over 1,200 youth by 2017, setting the stage for her lifelong mission to uplift communities.
Wearing multiple hats with purpose, Richha has also held significant positions in the NGO space. Since 2016, she has been actively associated as President or Vice President with over 16 national.
